It appears that Jordan Brand will soon add a new sneaker to Michael Jordan’s Air Jordan signature line if this leaked photo is any indication.
Instagram user @23mj88 shared an image of what’s believed to be the brand’s new legacy model, the Air Jordan 37. The image not only shows Boston Celtics forward Jayson Tatum wearing the unreleased shoe, but also a leaked spec sheet that breaks down the key elements of the silhouette.
According to the image, the upper is expected to be constructed of a lightweight and translucent leno-weave material that’s reinforced with an exoskeleton on the sides for support. The midsole will reportedly include a double-stacked Zoom bag at the forefoot, a carbon fiber plate at the midfoot, and soft Formula 23 foam (also used in the new Jordan Luka 1) at the heel. Sticking to the trend of recent years, the forthcoming Air Jordan 37 is expected to feature design elements inspired by the Air Jordan 7 as seen with the ankle collar and multicolored outsole.
At the time of writing, the Air Jordan 37 has yet to be unveiled by Jordan Brand, but more details about the shoe are expected to be made available soon.
